Owner of Custom Construction for seven years, licensed carpenter and licensed building practitioner. Nathan has over 20 years experience in the building industry including residential and commercial building. Nathan is Taranaki’s first Homestar assessor. Nathan has had relevant experience having worked on the new TDHB Building, multiple jobs for the Department of Education, the YMCA, and many complex renovations, additions and new homes.

Stu has been with us right from the very beginning of Custom Construction. He started as a Foreman here and has proven not only to be hard-working and loyal but one of our most knowledgeable staff. A Qualified Carpenter and Licensed Building Practitioner, Stu was promoted to Project Manager last year after completing the Success Strategies for Team Leader and Supervisors training through Leadership Management Australasia.
You can be sure any project that Stu runs will be highly organized and completed to the highest of standards.

Carl has been a Project Manager for over 5 years. He brings a wealth of experience to Custom Construction with over 17 years in the construction industry. including site supervision, Diploma in Construction, Qualified Carpenter, construction management and quantity surveying. Carl is passionate, organized and an immense asset to the Custom Construction team.

Duncan has been involved in a variety of construction projects from housing through to large multi-million dollar commercial, industrial and civil projects. He has extensive experience in the commercial construction process, project management, deadlines, subcontractors, drawings, details and documentation. With over 25 years’ experience in construction, he is very familiar with the tendering process and project administration, including cost control and pay schedules in accordance with the CCA.
Duncan is an industry professional with expert knowledge of construction costs and contracts, he plays an exciting and vital role in the custom construction team.
