SOFFITS

• 4.5mm smooth Hardie Flex soffits as per Metrapanel design manual
• Soffit and gable overhang as per the drawings

EXTERIOR CLADDING

• Palliside traditional weatherboard. Colour to be chosen from Palliside Weatherboard Colours. (Any cladding is available. This may incur an extra cost) 

INSULATION

• Under floor – Expol under floor insulation
• Ceiling insulation – Pink Batts R3.2 Ceiling Insulation (please note that the walls have the required R value included) 

PAINTING

• Gib-stopping is included
• Interior painting to level 4 finish
• Painting to soffits + fascia’s is included (please note palliside cladding does not require painting) 

DOOR HARDWARE

• Lockwood Velocity – Hakea Range in satin chrome
• Mardeco cabinet handles – satin chrome or brushed nickel
